"All the Bells" 8

What the Builder Builds for His Own Family

Heidi Brosovich had a busy 2017. Not only did her family put their home on the market, but Heidi also became a real estate agent. Currently employed with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she’s representing the $929,000 listing of her home. Heidi and her husband, Jake Brosovich of Yellowstone Basin Construction—the home’s builder—listed 5503 Green Teal Drive in September. The 6,064-square-foot home sits on a 1.2-acre lot in the Greensleeves Estates subdivision on Billings’ west end.

“It has all the bells,” Hedi says, referring to upgrades throughout the four-bedroom 3 1/2-bathroom property.

For starters, there’s state-of-the-art sound and security systems, all LED lighting and beautiful granite countertops in the gourmet kitchen, built-in barbecue area and bathrooms. There’s no “one thing” that distinguishes this home. It’s the sum of all bonuses. Think a bonus room with a hand-painted mural by Cindy Smith of Faux Smith Decorative Painting above the three-car heated garage, bonus garage door at the back of the house offering convenient backyard access and even a landscaped play area for the kids. Because winters in Billings can be brutal, the home’s all-weather screened-in porch—complete with gas fireplace–is also worth mentioning. There’s another fireplace built into the wall separating the master bedroom and bathroom.

This home may have been built by busy people, but it’s certainly conducive to quality downtime.
