WELL, WELL, WELL if it isn’t the annual “Wellness” Issue.
January marks the beginning of not only a new year, but also the beginning of new opportunities. Maybe you’ve set some goals for yourself like the classics – exercise more, eat better – or maybe you are thinking of something outside of the box like getting more involved with a non-profit, learning something new or finally tackling that home remodel project.
Whatever influences you going into the new year, we hope the people, places, stories and tips in this issue will be part of that kickoff.
And while diet and exercise are vital to wellness, overall wellness includes so much more. So, we asked local experts in various health and wellness arenas to keep us well rounded and broaden our horizons on what to consider in this new year.
Plus, we have included a couple of special stories outside of the theme as well. Like an elegant modern bathroom to inspire your next project and travel ideas that can elevate your business trips to the next level. Since overall health should be well rounded, we wanted this issue to be too.
